It is the policy of MRS to provide repaired, upgraded and replacement equipment and systems that met or exceed customer requirements.  The goal is to operate in a spirit of partnership with employees, suppliers and our customers.


The MRS quality system is designed to ensure customer requirements are consistently met or exceeded. It is a system of prevention and continuous improvement, instead of a system to detect problems after they occur.


The MRS approach to quality is based upon the principle of individual employee accountability and responsibility.  Each individual in the company is responsible for the quality of his/her work. 


MRS is committed to assisting employees in their quest for excellence with leadership, training, facilities and materials that are consistent with the company’s commitment to quality.


Morrow Repair Services utilizes process control procedures, training and commitment to evaluate, improve and assure quality in every job and work activity performed. MRS has developed extensive processes and procedures defining our methodology and requirements for a quality repair. Our Quality Assurance has withstood many rigorous tests and audits throughout our many years in the industry.
